1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 87bet platform — including its website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and promotional offers — you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all registered members, visitors, and any person using the platform in any capacity.

If you are accessing 87bet on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and 87bet.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To access all features of 87bet, you must create a registered member account. The following eligibility criteria must be satisfied before registration:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 87bet strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Each person may register only one account. Holding multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 87bet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

87bet supports a wide range of Bangladeshi payment methods for your convenience. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following general rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banking channels.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account, subject to completed KYC verification.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the platform and may be updated periodically. Transactions below the stated minimums will not be processed.

4Bonuses and Promotions

87bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may only be claimed once per household or device.
• 87bet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including cases where a bonus has already been credited but not yet utilised.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or exploiting glitches — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.

5Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All wagers placed on 87bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Members should review the game-specific rules displayed within each game interface before placing a bet. The following general conduct rules apply to all members:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after the bet slip has been submitted, except where 87bet explicitly permits cash-out on a specific market.
• 87bet reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a system error, pricing error, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placing.
• Cricket matches cancelled or abandoned before a result is reached will have bets voided, unless specific market rules state otherwise. BPL, IPL, T20 and ICC event rules are applied as published.
• Any use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in betting or casino games is strictly prohibited.

6Responsible Gaming Policy

87bet is firmly committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should remain an enjoyable leisure activity and never cause harm. As part of this commitment, we provide the following safeguards:

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their account settings to control their spending.

7Prohibited Activities

• Money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or use of the platform for any form of fraud or financial crime.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or submitting forged documentation during KYC.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, colluding with other players, or using any form of cheating software or device.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the 87bet platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the overall design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 87bet or its licensed content partners. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any platform content without prior written authorisation from 87bet is strictly prohibited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 87bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or data resulting from technical failures, system downtime, or force majeure events beyond 87bet's reasonable control.
• Any interruption or suspension of services required for maintenance, security updates, or regulatory compliance.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials.

10Privacy and Data Protection

87bet collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

87bet employs industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your information. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11Account Suspension and Termination

87bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action may include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 9.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required period, or submission of falsified documentation.
• Any suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion that puts the integrity of the platform at risk.

12Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be referred to 87bet's internal dispute resolution process. 87bet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption or that it will be free from errors or viruses. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We will, however, make all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous, secure, and fair service for all members based in Bangladesh and beyond.
